• NFL medical grants

The Multi-institutional Orthopaedic Outcomes Network (MOON) ACL research group received an $87,000 grant from the NFL Charities Medical Grants Program to study the location of bone tunnels in ACL reconstruction surgery. The grant was submitted by Brian Wolf, MD, who is the primary investigator. Ned Amendola, MD, is an investigator as well.

• University of Iowa Injury Prevention Center Pilot Grant

Yang, JZ (Principal Investigator) received a $10,000 grant to study the "Perceived Social Support and Symptoms of Depression and Anxiety Following Athletic Injury in Collegiate Athletes."
