Birth to Five Program
ServiceChild Health Specialty Clinics birth to five services are provided to children birth to five years of age who are at risk for or known to have special needs. Assessment of a child’s development is the cornerstone of the program. Physical, social, neurological, and language development are assessed. If a problem is detected, family support and education are offered. Referrals for early intervention services are made. Help with coordination of needed early intervention services is available. Close contact is maintained with a child’s primary care physician. For further information, please contact the nearest CHSC Regional Center
