Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety disorders are a cluster of illnesses including panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and phobias. The hallmark symptoms of anxiety are the manifestations of worry in the form of physical symptoms such as upset stomach, racing heart, shortness of breath, and jitteriness.
