During the 2009 University of Iowa football season, UI Children’s Hospital partnered with the Iowa Hawkeyes to feature stories of hope and inspiration. From a field of nearly 350 pediatric patients who were nominated for the honor, the individuals listed below will be recognized by the Iowa Hawkeyes as a "Kid Captain."
