Would you like to send a gift or message to a child or their family? These UI Children’s Hospital resources can you help you do that.
Our Concierge Services would be happy to assist you with any other specific questions regarding sending gifts or well-wishes to a loved one while they are a patient at UI Children’s Hospital. They can be reached Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 319-356-1900.
Volunteer Services offers a variety of gift options through Wild Rose Gifts, Wild Rose Books, and food items or gift cards through the Roofotp Café and in-house Java House locations. Proceeds from these businesses benefit patients and families through Volunteer Services. Volunteer Services also sponsors the free "E-mail a Patient" program and other services to help make a hospital stay more comfortable.
Additionally, our Food and Nutrition Services sells gift cards for use in the many dining options located throughout the hospital. If you would like to purchase a gift card, please call 319-356-2692.
If you are interested in purchasing a gift that celebrates the hospital caring for the recipient of your gift, merchandise with the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital logo is available. Proceeds from the sale of these items supports a multitude of programs and services offered in our children’s hospital.
