Staff

Our provider team is led by physicians who are board certified in internal medicine, oncology and hematology. Our nurses are certified by Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation and provide high-quality nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner. 

		Elias Hazzi, MD elias-hazzi@uicms.com He joined the Ottumwa team in 2004 and is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology.
		Scott Miller, MD He joined the Ottumwa team in 2008 and is board-certified in internal medicine. He recently completed a fellowship at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland.
