- UI Consult's trained staff members will assist you in making contact with the physician
or department you request.
- Staff members assist you to contact the appropriate clinic referral information.
- Providers unfamiliar with UI Health Care services receive
assistance in contacting the specialist they need.
To help expedite your request, please have the following
information available:
- Caller's name and affiliation.
- Town/City.
- Department or physician with whom you want to speak.
- A brief description of the nature of your request.
- Patient's name and demographics.
