- What hospital are they connected with?
Communication and Personal Skills
- Do you feel comfortable talking with them, especially about personal issues?
- Do they listen to your concerns and take them seriously?
- Are they able to explain illnesses and medical treatments in a way you understand?
- Do they answer all your questions?
Clinic
- Are they conveniently located?
- Is it easy to schedule appointments?
- Is the staff friendly?
