Each month, UI HealthWorks conducts anonymous employee opinion surveys to ensure quality care and enhance clinic services.  In addition to rating items such as wait times in our waiting room, overall appointment time, impression of our clinic, staff courtesy, professionalism and communication, employees are also given the opportunity to comment on their clinic experience.
