Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
This work-based program is designed to aid in early detection and prevention
of employee mental health and chemical dependency issues by offering:
- 24-hour service and triage
- Crisis intervention and problem solving counseling
- Supervisor training
- Organizational consultation
- Preventative educational seminars
- Further treatment when necessary
