Mission
UI HealthWorks provides comprehensive and integrated workers' health services to meet the needs of local and regional employers and their employees by forming close working relationships with employers and collaborative relationships with local and regional health care providers to improve workers' health and reduce costs.

Vision
UI HealthWorks is designed to improve the health of Iowa workers through the formation of collaborative relationships with local healthcare providers and business and industry. Though such partnerships, UI HealthWorks helps industry meet surveillance requirements and regulatory standards, provides education regarding the prevention of work-related injuries and illness, and manages work-related injury and prevention programs.
