Take elevator D to Level 4. The clinic is directly across the hall from the elevator as you exit. (Check in for clinic appointments, electrocardiograms, echo testing, cardiac catheterization procedures and electrophysiology procedures.)
CHAMPS
Take elevator D to Level 6. CHAMPS is directly across the hall from the elevator as you exit.
Vascular Clinic
This clinic is located in the Colloton Pavilion, Level 1. From the main entrance, take a right. Go past elevators D and E, and through double doors into the Colloton Pavilion's atrium. Walk past elevator F. The clinic is just past elevator F on your right.
