- Consultation with a cardiac specialist
- Lipid profile (including HDL, triglycerides, and glucose tests)
- Cardiac risk profile
- 12-lead electrocardiogram
- Blood pressure and heart rate
- Body mass index
- Follow-up with results

An all–inclusive evaluation includes all the components of the comprehensive heart risk assessment, plus a diagnostic-quality, ECG-monitored exercise evaluation and a recommended exercise protocol with an exercise specialist.
There is a $185 fee for the all-inclusive risk assessment and exercise consultation.
