Diagnosis and Treatment
Each pulmonary hypertension patient is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Then, using the most advanced techniques and treatments available, members of the team design a treatment program to meet individual needs. Team members follow patients through both inpatient and outpatient settings to provide consistent, high quality care.

Medications and treatments are prescribed and adjusted specific to levels of health and tolerance.
Individual treatment may include:
- Patient education
- Closely monitored outpatient follow-up by members of the multidisciplinary team
- Continuous IV (Prostacyclin)
- Epoprostenol (Flolan®)
- Treprostinil (RemodulinTM)
- Continuous SQ (Prostacyclin)
- Treprostinil (RemodulinTM)
- Inhaled Prostacyclin
- Oral Endothelin Receptor Antagonist
