Cheryl Schlote, Assistant to Intake and Inventory

Many patients receiving home infusion therapy require nursing support from agencies in their local community. The Assistant to Inventory and Intake maintains all nursing agency contracts. In addition, this position maintains required documents such as the physician’s plan of treatment and patient consent for billing. The assistant also takes referrals for durable medical equipment and oxygen, and performs calls to select patients, maintaining their inventory supplies.
