Staff Member Volunteers
While working full- and part-time jobs at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, many staff members also give a lunch hour or an evening to volunteer at the hospital.
Activities might include:
- covering a noon shift at Rooftop Cafe
- delivering flowers to patient rooms
- spending two or three hours on a weeknight at the Ronald McDonald House or Wild Rose Gifts
- spending a Saturday afternoon in the Patients' Library
