The Office of Clinical Quality, Safety and Performance Improvement supports UI Health Care initiatives to deliver high quality, cost-effective and efficient care in a safe environment and coordinates centralized, institution-wide performance improvement activities.

Hospital Report Cards: Questions and Answers  is designed to help our patients, staff, referring physicians, health care workers, insurers and payors to understand 1) the complexities of current quality and safety information provided to the public, and 2) our commitment to the appropriate use of such information to improve the quality and safety of care at UIHC.
