HCIS Training

Directions to HCIS Training Classrooms

C500 GH Training Center

Start at the compass on first floor in Boyd Tower/General Hospital. Take elevator B in General Hospital (GH) to the 5th floor. When exiting the elevator, go diagonally to the left. C500 GH is the first door on the right.

E110-K GH Training Center

Access to this training room is only off the Boyd Tower Lobby. Start on the first floor at the compass. Go North to the end of the hall. Take a right. Go to the end of the hall. Enter the double doors. E110-K is on the right side.

SE403 GH Training Center

Start on the first floor at the compass. Go East to elevator BE. Take elevator BE to 4th floor. When exiting the elevator, go left toward the Medical Alumni Auditorium. From the Medical Alumni Auditorium turn right and go through the doorway marked SE400-Z. SE403 GH will be a the end of the hall on the left side.

W232 GH Training Center

Start at the compass on first floor in Boyd Tower/General Hospital. Take elevator B in General Hospital (GH) to the 2nd floor. Exit the elevator to the right and take the corridor to the right (west). Continue past DeGowin Blood Center on the left and proceed to the first corridor on the right. Turn right again (north). W232 GH is the last door on the right before the glass doors.

W256 GH Training Center

Start at the compass on first floor in Boyd Tower/General Hospital. Take elevator B in General Hospital (GH) to the 2nd floor. Exit the elevator to the right and take the corridor to the right (west). Pass the DeGowin Blood Center on the left and proceed to end of the corridor. W256 GH is the last door on the left.

Information Commons East (Hardin Library)

Enter Hardin Library through the main entrance (3rd floor). Walk past the information desk to the elevator. Go to the 2nd floor. Exit the elevator to the right. Enter the first set of glass doors (Hardin East). The Information Commons East computer training facility is across the room. Site Map (to be developed)

Information Commons West (Hardin Library)

Enter Hardin Library through the main entrance (3rd floor). Walk past the information desk to the elevator. Go to the 2nd floor. Exit the elevator to the right. Follow the corridor as it curves to the left. Enter the second set of glass doors (Hardin West). The Information Commons West computer training facility is across the room. Ingram Learning Center/ILC (1-230 BSB)

Enter the Bowen Science Building (BSB) through the west entrance. Walk toward the center of the building to the stairway going down on the right. Go down 2 flights of stairs to the 1st floor. Turn right at the bottom of the stairs and enter the double doors. Ingram Learning Center (ILC) is the through the doors on the right. (Do not go into the doors on the left as they lead to anatomy classroom.) Site Map
