Please bring your appointment letter showing the place, date, and time of your appointment. If you need information or assistance finding the location of your appointment, check with the Information Desk in the Main Lobby or near the west entrance of the John Pappajohn Pavilion.

If you need wheelchair or transportation assistance getting to your appointment, please notify the VIP staff, either Information Desk, or call 102 from any beige in-house telephone during regular working hours. After 5 p.m. or on weekends, dial 101 on an in-house telephone for wheelchair assistance.

Check in

When you arrive at the reception area of your clinic appointment, please check in with the receptionist, giving your name, the name of the physician who referred you, and the name of the physician with whom you have the appointment. Please let the receptionist know if you want the records from your Ul Hospitals and Clinics visit forwarded to another health care professional.
