Patient Appointments
Having your patient's name, date of birth, address, and home phone
number will simplify your call. Referring physicians are asked to
indicate whether their patient needs a routine, urgent, or emergency
appointment. If the severity of a patient's illness is indicated when
referred, the physicians will work to assure that any specific needs
are accommodated. Patient scheduling is provided in each department;
however, you can still call through UI
