Department of Pathology
The Department of Pathology is dedicated to promoting the health
humankind and improve care of the ill through furthering the
understanding, knowledge, diagnosis, and treatment of disease.
Members of the department are committed to continuous improvement in
the quality of their services through an environment and performance
that fosters excellence in patient care, teaching, and research.
It is the goal of each individual faculty and staff member to
excel at work. It is the goal of the department to provide support so
that each individual can excel. It is also the goal of the department
to identify and pursue avenues that lead to national and
international recognition of individual and departmental
