Male Fertility Clinic
This clinic provides evaluation of the infertile male and treatment, which varies between medical and operative therapy, tailored to the individual patient. A close collaboration with gynecologic specialists allows a "couple-oriented approach" to infertility. Operative techniques include varix ligation, microsurgical vasectomy reversal, and testicular sperm retrieval.

The Pediatric Urology clinic provides patient evaluation and management for children with:
- Biofeedback
- Hypospadias, epispadias and exstrophy, and other genital deformities
- Neoplasms (renal, testicular, retroperitoneal)

- Urinary tract anomalies including duplications and obstructions
- Urinary tract infections

Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Clinic
Run jointly by the departments of Gynecology and Urology, this clinic forms the base for reproductive research in the areas of gamete biology, in vitro fertilization, embryo culture, and gamete/embryo cryopreservation. Appointments are scheduled through the departments of Gynecology and Urology.

Sexual Dysfunction
Sexual dysfunction, or male impotence, is an increasingly important area of urology for the older patient population. A comprehensive evaluation employs a program tailored to the needs of the specific patient. Treatments with pharmacotherapy and vacuum devices are utilized as well as vascular evaluations, which are performed by the Department of Radiology. Surgical implants are also available.

Laparoscopy, Robotic and Minimally Invasive Therapy
All common uro-laparoscopic procedures such as radical and simple nephrectomy, and pelvic and retroperitoneal lymph node dissection, are performed. In addition, robotic-assisted pyeloplasty and radical prostatectomy are offered. Advanced endourologic procedures such as endopyelotomy, incision and dilation of urinary tract strictures, and transurethral or percutaneous management of upper tract tumors are also performed. Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy, ureteroscopy (flexible and rigid), extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, and the Holmium laser are performed to manage patients harboring urinary calculi.

Continence Center, Urodynamics and Reconstructive Urology
Urodynamics is a clinical science that evaluates the function of the lower urinary tract. The Continence Center is a current state-of-the-art facility capable of a full range of studies, including video urodynamics, nerve conduction studies, electromyography and a biofeedback laboratory. Reconstructive urology consists of the surgical treatment of conditions of the lower urinary tract, including urinary incontinence, urethral stricture disease and severe bladder dysfunction such as interstitial cystitis.

Urologic Oncology
The Urologic Oncology Group employs a multidisciplinary approach to urologic cancer. Two surgical oncologists, a medical oncologist, the Department of Radiation Oncology and a urologic pathologist combine their efforts to custom-tailor therapy for the urologic oncology patients seen in our clinic. Advanced surgical techniques for nerve-sparing, orthotopic bladder reconstruction (male and female) and state-of-the art combination therapy are available. Treatment for prostate, bladder, testicle, and kidney cancer are emphasized.
