UI Family Care -- Southeast Iowa City
Offers New MR Services

The Department of Radiology at UI Hospitals and Clinics has opened an MR Imaging Center at UI Family Care - Southeast Iowa City, 1130 Scott Blvd.

This new service offers MR imaging in an outpatient setting to provide patients with a convenient location for these examinations, as well as expert interpretation by subspecialty radiologists.

The MR unit at Southeast Iowa City is a state-of-the-art, high-resolution, 1.5 Tesla magnet machine capable of performing a wide variety of MR imaging studies. The center is staffed by MR technologists rotating from the MR Center at UI Hospitals and Clinics.
