The DeGowin Blood Center introduces its new donor reward program.
Anyone donating blood or platelets* four times before August 31, 2006, will receive a handsome black fleece pullover embroidered with the DeGowin Blood Center logo and The University of Iowa tiger hawk logo. For additional information call 319-356-2058.
Your continued support is invaluable to DeGowin and to the patients served. Donating four times per year ensures a steady blood supply and allows DeGowin to provide the very best health care available.
The DeGowin Blood Center thanks everyone who made the 'Four Seasons of Life' campaign such a success. More than 425 blood and platelet donors completed the program and earned a print of 'The Four Seasons of Iowa' pastel by Marcia Wegman.
*Blood center regulations require a 56-day waiting period between whole blood donations and a 28-day waiting period between platelet donations. To complete this program, your initial whole blood donation must be made no later than March 16, 2006. For platelet donors, your initial donation must be made no later than June 8, 2006.
