The 12th annual 98.1 KHAK Radiothon benefiting University of Iowa Children's Hospital through Children's Miracle Network, August 19 through 22, raised $182,233.65 for patients and families.

The 98.1 KHAK morning team of the Brain and Steele presented the broadcast from the John Colloton Pavilion Atrium lobby on the first level of UI Hospitals and Clinics. The team shared the stories of patients and their families cared for at UI Children's Hospital.

Over the past 11 years, the KHAK Radiothon has raised more than $1 million for UI Children's Hospital.
