Heart Risk Assessment Savings

Tell someone you love you want them around for a long time.

During February—Heart Month—UI Heart and Vascular Center is offering heart risk assessments at a savings. Heart disease is the number one killer of men and women. And nearly half of those who have heart attacks didn't know they had heart disease. You can learn about your personal risk for heart disease by signing up for one of our assessments:

  • Comprehensive Risk Assessment is normally $60 but is $50 during February. The assessment includes a risk factor profile, a consultation to discuss your particular risk factors, a blood profile to check cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose levels, an electrocardiogram, a blood pressure and heart rate check, and a body mass index score. All assessments are followed up by phone with your results.

  • Comprehensive Risk Assessment PLUS is normally $185 but is $175 during February. This assessment includes all of the above, plus an exercise session with an EKG monitored by a specialist who will offer suggestions for an individualized exercise regimen.

To schedule an appointment, call 319-356-2777 during February.
