Radiothon raises $214,494 for UI Children's Hospital

STAR 102.5 KSTZ-FM of Des Moines raised $214,494 for University of Iowa Children's Hospital during its 12th annual radiothon May 27 and 28 broadcast live from UI Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

Proceeds from the radiothon benefit UI Children's Hospital through Children's Miracle Network. Radio personalities Big Ken and Colleen hosted the broadcast that began at 5 a.m. Thursday, May 27, and ended at 6 p.m. Friday, May 28.
