Black-Eyed Pea Cilantro Dip

2 15-ounce cans black eyed peas, drained 1/4-1/2 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped 1-2 Tablespoons fresh Jalapeno pepper (to taste)
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1-2 Tablespoons minced garlic (to taste) 1 bunch fresh cilantro, washed, patted dry, finely cut (leaves only)
Juice squeezed from 1 fresh lime
  1. Mix all ingredients together and chill at least one hour.
  2. Serve with low fat or regular tortilla chips.
