1-1/2 cups fresh basil leaves

2-5 cloves garlic, peeled

1/4 cup pine nuts

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  1. Blend together in blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Serve with pasta or crusty bread.
