Spiced Fruit Dip

1-1/4 cup soft tofu*

2 Tablespoons brown sugar or brown sugar substitute

Cinnamon to taste (1/2 teaspoon or more)

  1. Mix all ingredients with whisk or blender.
  2. Cover and chill two hours.
  3. Serve with a variety of fresh fruits.

*May decrease fat by using light tofu.
