Cherry Delicious Pie

1 8-ounce container fat-free cream cheese

2/3 cup powdered sugar

1-1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese

1-1/2 cup thawed reduced-calorie whipped topping

1 reduced-fat graham cracker piecrust

1 20-ounce can reduced-calorie cherry pie filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until mixed. Stir in the ricotta cheese until well combined. Fold in whipped topping.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in the crust. Carefully spread the pie filling on top.
  3. Chill pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
