Cherry Delicious Pie–Modified **

1 8-ounce container fat-free cream cheese

2/3 cup powdered sugar

1-1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese

1-1/2 cup fat-free dessert topping

1 reduced-fat graham cracker pie shell

1 20-ounce can reduced-calorie cherry pie filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until mixed. Stir in the ricotta cheese until well combined. Fold in the dessert topping.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in the crust. Carefully spread the pie filling on top.
  3. Chill pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
