Baked Fish

Sauté in 2 Tablespoons olive oil for 5 minutes: Prepare 2 pounds fish filets with:
2 medium onions, chopped 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon sea salt
2 Tablespoons parsley Garnish with:
3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped 1 sliced tomato
  1 sliced lemon
  1 teaspoon oregano
  1/4 cup water
  1. While vegetables are cooking, pour lemon juice and sprinkle sea salt over fish.
  2. Pour sautéed vegetables over fish.
  3. Place slices of tomato and lemon over fish and sprinkle with oregano. Add 1/4 cup water.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes, depending upon how thick the fish, at 350°.
