| 8 ounces pickle relish | 1/8 teaspoon salt |
| 24 ounces pineapple chunks | 1/8 teaspoon pepper |

** This recipe can be made healthier by using less chicken and cheese (nonfat variety). Nonfat mayonnaise is an easy substitute to lower the fat content of the dressing. Add fiber by increasing the amount of pineapple.
