Chinese Chicken Salad

8 ounces cooked chicken breast 2 teaspoons slivered almonds
2 ounces alfalfa sprouts 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces Dressing:
2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally 1/4 cup nonfat red wine vinegar salad dressing
  2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  1. Cube chicken into small pieces.
  2. Prepare dressing ingredients in a small jar and toss with the other salad ingredients.
