Baked Lemon Chicken

3 chicken breasts, cut in half, skinless, boneless 3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 1-1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1-1/2 Tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon salt
  1/4 cup nonfat Parmesan cheese
  1. Place chicken in a shallow, glass baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken, coating well. Cover and refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 6 hours. Turn occasionally.
  2. Preheat oven to 325°. Bake chicken in same dish, uncovered for 35-40 minutes. Baste periodically with marinade.
