Easy Chili

1/2 pound turkey breast, ground* 1 6-ounce can tomato paste †
1 cup onion, chopped 1 package dry onion soup mix
2 cloves garlic, crushed Chili powder to taste
2 15-ounce cans stewed tomatoes, pureed 1 teaspoon sugar
24 ounces chili beans (canned) 1/4 cup nonfat cheddar cheese, shredded
  1. Place all ingredients except cheese in a crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
  2. Serve in bowls topped with shredded nonfat cheddar cheese.
Serves: 6

† Use tomato sauce if you do not like really thick chili. Nutrition Facts
