Fish in Tomato Sauce

1 pound fish fillets 1 small onion, sliced
5 Tablespoons oil 1 can tomato sauce or 1-1/2 cup tomato sliced
2-3 cloves garlic Salt and pepper to taste
  1 Tablespoon olive oil
  1. Brown the fish in the 5 Tablespoons oil. Set aside on a paper towel.
  2. In a clean skillet, add 1 Tablespoon olive oil; sauté the garlic and onions until soft. Add the tomato sauce/tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the fish to the tomato mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 3-5 minutes.
