1/3 cup mushrooms, finely chopped 1-1/2 ounce nonfat mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced 2 whole wheat rolls
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 lettuce leaves
2 Tablespoons green onion, finely chopped 1 medium tomato, sliced
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper 1 ounce extra lean cooked ham slices
1 clove garlic, finely minced 1 ounce cooked turkey breast slices
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients; let stand 30 minutes, then drain.
  2. Cut cheese in half diagonally.
  3. Line bottom half of each roll with 1 lettuce leaf, top each with half of the cheese and half of the tomato slices. Top with ham, turkey, mushroom mixture and roll tops. Serve immediately.
