Honey Baked Chicken

6 3-ounce portions of skinless, boneless chicken breasts 2 Tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine
1/3 cup flour 1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 cup lemon juice
  1 Tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Wash and drain chicken. Combine flour and pepper in a paper bag, and then add chicken. Shake to coat well.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt margarine. Pour half of it in a 9"x13" baking dish. Place chicken in dish, turning to coat with margarine. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
  4. To the margarine remaining in saucepan, add rest of ingredients. Warm, blending with a fork.
  5. At the end of 20 minutes, turn chicken and pour honey mixture over it. Bake another 30 minutes. Baste several times.
