| 6 ounces turkey breast, skinned, ground * | 1/8 teaspoon salt |
| 2 teaspoons olive oil | 1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
| 2 cups potatoes, cubed | 1 Tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce |
| 1 cup carrots, diced | 1/2 cup water |
| 1 cup peas | 1/2 cup raisins |
| 3 cloves garlic, crushed | 1 medium green pepper, sliced |
| 1 small onion, diced | 1 medium red pepper, sliced |
| 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce (optional) |
* When using commercially ground turkey, the nutrition facts should indicate 2 grams of fat or less per ounce. If you grind your own turkey or have the butcher grind it for you, use skinless turkey breast. Nutrition Facts
