Polynesian Chicken Salad

1-1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken

1 8-ounce can pineapple in own juice, drained

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt

1/4 cup green onion, chopped

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients together gently. Cover and refrigerate.
