Spinach Meat Loaf

2 pounds lean ground beef 1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic flakes
1 small onion, chopped 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1 egg 1/4 teaspoon salt
  1/4 teaspoon pepper
Note: Use any of your favorite spices for added flavor.
  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
