Spinach Meat Loaf–Modified **

2 pounds turkey breast, skinless, ground * 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic flakes

1 small onion, chopped 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 cup egg substitute 1/8 teaspoon salt
  1/8 teaspoon pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
* When using commercially ground turkey, the nutrition facts should indicate 2 grams of fat or less per ounce. If you grind your own turkey or have the butcher grind it for you, use skinless turkey breast.
