1 pound ground sirloin

2 large potatoes

1/4 head cabbage

2 medium carrots

1 medium onion

10 ounces fat-free cream of chicken soup

4-1/2 ounces Healthy Choice American Cheese

  1. Spray large electric skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Pat about 3/4 of the meat on bottom of skillet. Cut vegetables into julienne strips and layer. Crumble remaining meat on top of vegetables.
  2. Spread soup over all and place cheese on top. Start on medium high (325°). After 30 minutes turn to low heat and cook 20 minutes longer.
