1 pound ground sirloin

4 potatoes

3 carrots

1 onion

1 can fat-free mushroom soup

6 ounces nonfat cheddar cheese

  1. In electric skillet sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray, break ground sirloin into pieces (reserve a small amount for topping).
  2. Cut vegetables into julienne strips and layer over ground meat.
  3. Top with mushroom soup, reserved meat and cheddar cheese cut into julienne strips.
  4. Cover and start on medium high (325°). After 15 minutes, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour for best blend of flavors. Food is cooked in 1/2 hour.
