Stuffed Green Peppers

1 pound ground sirloin 1 medium onion, chopped
1 15-ounce can stewed tomatoes 1 cup uncooked rice
2 stalks celery, chopped 4 medium green peppers
  1. Brown ground sirloin, celery and onions. Add tomatoes and rice. Cook 20 minutes.
  2. Clean peppers and cut in half. Steam.
  3. Fold peppers into meat mixture. Heat together for 10-15 minutes.
