Three Bean Mexican Salad in Tortilla Wraps

1 15-ounce can yellow hominy, drained, rinsed 1-1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 15-ounce can black beans, drained, rinsed 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup canned kidney beans, drained, rinsed 3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 cup canned pinto beans, drained, rinsed 2-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
4 large tomatoes, seeded, chopped 2-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  6 10-12 inch tortillas
  1. Combine all ingredients (except tortillas) in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Can be made ahead. Cover and chill.
  2. Divide portions between tortillas. Fold. Serve.
  3. May serve as a salad without tortillas.
