"Waldorf" Chicken Salad

4 ounces chilled, skinned and de-boned cooked chicken, cubed 6 large seedless green grapes cut lengthwise into halves
1/4 cup diced celery 2 Tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 small McIntosh or red delicious apple, cored, cubed 1-1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise

1/2 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix

  1 teaspoon sunflower seeds (or walnuts)
  1. In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise and broth mix. Mix well and pour over salad. Toss to coat thoroughly.
  3. Sprinkle salad with sunflower seeds (or walnuts).
