"Waldorf" Chicken Salad–Modified **

2 ounces chicken breast, skinned and de-boned, cooked 2 Tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup diced celery 1 teaspoon nonfat mayonnaise
1/2 small McIntosh apple, cored, cubed 1/2 teaspoon skim milk
6 large seedless green grapes, halved 1/2 packet instant chicken broth
  1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
  1. In a bowl, combine first four ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, skim milk and broth mix. Mix well and pour over salad. Toss to coat thoroughly.
  3. Chill thoroughly. Add sunflower seeds just prior to serving.
